During my time as UX team lead and then UX Manager at Intel, I grew the team to four UX Designers and Researchers and we provided support for the entire UX lifecycle across the Saffron portfolio, including research, roadmap exercises, stakeholder design workshops, prototyping, and implementation with the scrum teams.

AML Advisor

We used D3 visualizations heavily in both AML versions

AML Advisor existed in a couple of early incarnations before its current version. It works on the Saffron Memory Base platform and provides anomaly detection for bank customers, to be used by analysts to identify risk and financial crime. I led the UX effort in gathering feedback and rapidly iterating with an early adopter customer. The project began with a round of Jobs to be Done interviews and market analysis before focusing in on a specific set of use cases that we built around.

AML Advisor, version 2

After early adopter feedback, we did a UI overhaul for version 2, which included multiple rounds of user research with subject matter experts from different banks around the world.

Similarity Advisor

Similarity Advisor was an updated application based off of our previous similarity app, Streamline. I worked with a distributed team of designers to ensure consistency of design elements across Similarity Advisor, Risk Advisor, and our consulting engagements.
